August 28, 2023As a current tenant, the information here is lies. The only "utility" they pay is trash. Tenant pays water, sewer and gas/electric. There is no way to get a hold of the landlords, and the management company says they are no longer responsible for us. I've been waiting over a week for my shower to be fixed as it is running hot water 24/7 and I pay the water and sewer.Review from Apartments.com
Review
July 21, 2015Moving into my new two bedroom apartment was a change for my kids and I. They love how spacious the bedrooms are. There are also many different attractions and they are within walking distance which makes it even better. We can walk to chuck e cheese or jump on the bike trail and head to the park. It's very peaceful and quiet and the neighbors are really friendly. I would recommend this area to anyone looking for a change.Review from Apartments.com
