July 18, 2019Nothing is repaired unless the inspector comes out and forces repairs to be made. If you call with concerns, your call will not be answered nor returned. You deserve a safe, healthy, Habitable place to live and more than likely will not receive that when living here. The communication from landlord to tenant is very poor. I would look elsewhere, would not recommend renting here.
