Renters Reviews and Ratings
Was great... now not so much.
May 18, 2017I have lived here for over 4 years but recently the landlord has been MIA. My AC/Heating unit went out 5 months ago and despite numerous emails, conversations and visits by the landlord he still has not fixed the issue. They have been "negotiating" according to him the whole time and when I ask for updates I do not receive replies back. This is very sad since I have paid rent in a timely manner the entire time I have lived here. Amidst these issues, my rent was raised.Review from Apartments.com
My Very Own First Apartment
September 29, 2015Moving out. Such a great and terrifying experience when you're doing it for the first time. I was lucky enough to stumble upon what can only be described as a Diamond in the Rough. In the heart of Culver City my roommate and I found an amazing, incredibly affordable two bedroom, 1 1/2 bath apartment. With it's large space, we were able to decorate to make this once empty apt a home. It's walking distance to the best bars and restaurants in Culver City (right across from Downtown Culver), has AIR ...CONDITIONING, and underground parking for two! Parking in certain cities is a nightmare, it's great that isn't something we have to worry about. We are also lucky enough to have a shared patio right outside that feels like it's all our own. Most people explain their first apartment to be a nightmare, but this place has been nothing but a dream.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
