great apt. with character

Great apt. built in the 1920's with lots of character. feels very homey, has hard wood floors, build in cabinets, little archways, and walk in closets with lots of storage space. Good views of oakland hills, and the bay on a clear day. the apt. has steam heat. and there are only 9 units in the building and everyone in the building is usually really respectful of each other. you can walk to Lakeshore/lake merrit area and to shops in glenview district plus a number of good hiking/woodsy areas ...
