Great location, Responsive management
August 3, 2015It is a very spacious apartment in a great location. Lots of restaurants are within walking distance as is an Arclight Movie Theater and the Expo Line. Street parking for guests can be hard to find, but there are parking structures with good rates nearby as well as some empty unmonitored lots. The apartment itself is very spacious. The closet space is mid-sized and there are a lot of cabinets for storage. The bathroom is great, though the countertop is of a somewhat old design. There is only ...A/C in the living room, but there are windows on both sides of the apartment, so it is easy to get a breeze going through the whole space. There is heating built-in to the ceiling, so it is easy to stay warm in the winter, not that it gets too cold. The balcony is large and you can get a great view of the sky, though a building blocks most of the view. There is a dishwasher, split sink, garbage disposal, gas stove, and oven. You must acquire your own refrigerator. Also, the light switch-activated outlets are in inconvenient places, so a remote control for switches is recommended. The management is quick to respond to service requests and very fair. The rent is very reasonable. All in all, a great place to live in a very great part of LA!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
