apartment really hot in summer and really cold in winter. The floors of the apartment were very creaky. The wall paint was in bad condition. The apartment needed a lot of repairs and when brought up, the owners told me to ignore the issues. The apartment was clearly not cleaned properly when I moved in. There were food remains everywhere in the kitchen and hair everywhere in the bathroom among other cleaning issues. Despite that, I got the apartment deep cleaned when I moved out but the owners deducted my deposit for cleaning. They also agreed for me to break the lease early with a 30-day notice without penalty but did not honor this. They charged me rent for the period between my move-out and the next tenant’s move-in which in my opinion is unlawful. I would advise anyone who wants peace of mind in their home to avoid this place.
