August 3, 2015This is a terrible building in disrepair. Landlord does not maintain any of the building. Plumbing issues, electrical issues, the list goes on. The only thing to be said for this apartment is that it is cheap. But save yourself the hassle and spend a couple hundred bucks more a month and avoid this one.....Review from Apartments.com
