BEWARE
January 19, 2018Do not rent here! I recently moved out and the property manager withheld $1,400 to repaint a tiny 400 sq ft. apartment! You will never know who actually owns the property. You only have one point of contact, the property manager. They hire handymen and pay for day labor. There is no way they paid any of their workers $1,400 to repaint a tiny apartment. Even IF they hired a professional painting company, it wouldn't have cost more than $700 but I know he had one of his guys re-paint and is ripping ...me off. The walls are super thin here as well and the next door neighbor smoked and they would never did anything about it. Just plan to be ripped off and not get your deposit back if you live here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
