They stole our deposit once we moved out...
May 19, 2020My boyfriend and I rented here and when we moved out they claimed they mailed our deposit to us, which we never got and then claimed we deposited it. We left the place very clean and they told us we’d receive our deposit, minus minor cleaning fees and we even made a police report, called the CEO and nothing. When we found out the check was deposited with a forged signature we called the bank. The bank told us the person in charge of the account the check was issued by only has the rights to see ...who deposited the check. When we called and told him this he said he would not look into it. Everything was extremely shady and when we would go down to the office they would lock their doors and ignore us. Ignore our phone calls, emails.
