    • No package deliveries here + poorly maintained structural parts

      December 8, 2023
Pros: - One of the cheapest places to rent in a decent location neighborhood of Capital Hill. - Washer and Dryer on sight and use a convenient app. Also, it is generally affordable. A mini fridge is included in the unit, and a microwave Cons: - Small studio spaces, some with no closet or bathroom sinks. - My unit had gum stuck to the floor upon moving in - neighbors leave trash anywhere and everywhere, often tossing it in front of the garbage can when full, creating a walking obstruction and a ...
nasty scene. - Packages outside of USPS deliveries are left outside the buildings and are often stolen, I've had multiple Amazon packages go missing if delivered while I was away. This is because only USPS workers have key access to the mailroom. - Keys to doors can get stuck or not work - My windowsill was incorrectly installed, as well as my toilet paper holder. I asked for both to be fixed and they never were. Management doesn't ensure that unit maintenance is done correctly.

    details
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on scale of 1 (below average) and to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider needs as part of the school selection process.
