Great Location, Great Space, Property Management Nightmare
September 23, 2015Great walk up in the city right of Clark street. Close walk to Lincoln Park, Lincoln Park Zoo, North Ave beach and all the bars and restaurants on Clark street. Two minute walk to the major bus routes and 7-10 minute walk to the Fullerton train station. Great walk in gate area with cute steps leading up to the building. Each one is different. They all share the same exposed brick on the walls with fireplaces as well which honestly are what sold me. Feels so cozy and homey. Not many units in ...it so it feels very private and you cannot hear neighbors much. Washer and dryer in basement and only a few tenants in whole building so its clean and easy to use.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
