Avoid at all cost
May 8, 2017We were tenants for 2 years. The complex is actually very loud environment with poor management. On top of that when you move out they charge you an outrageous fee for cleaning the carpet and painting. We were very clean and never walked on carpet with shoes on but still they charged us a hefty fee because the carpets were very old to begin with. Again avoid at all cost there are way better options out there.Review from Apartments.com
Avoid at all cost
May 8, 2017We were a tenant for 2 years. It's a very loud apartment complex with rude management. Carpets were old when we moved in and we kept everything clean but when we moved out they charged us more than $1000 for repair fees paining and changing the old carpet which was an unfair amount to say the least. Be careful because they overcharge you.Review from Apartments.com
