Pretty nice
July 28, 2015Nice 1920s style architecture, French romantic. Old building, but nice wood floors and lots of light (you won't find this many windows in this neighborhood or this price range in all of LA). Rent is cheap, compared to how big the apt is. Beware, neighborhood gets a little sketchy at night. During the day it's nice though. Building Manager could be more prompt to fix things, takes them forever. Overall good place to live. Note: street parking sucks! It's 2hr or permit only and several different ...street sweeping days!!! You get what you pay for.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
