March 9, 2019IM HELPING THOSE WHO ARE THINKING TO MOVE IN THIS TERRIBLE BUILDING! The door bell never works (so you will be missing your packages) also sometimes the building key doesn’t work so you will be locked outside until someone is leaving the building. You will be freezing inside if your own apartment all winter because they refuse to fix the boiler. I have a terrible leak in my bedroom and is forced to sleep on my living room floor. The landlord is constantly violating their end of the lease by NOT ...providing a comfortable living area. You can call 100 times to complain about the roof falling in to only be IGNORED! They have some nerve trying to rent apartments while tenants who live here that pay their rent on time are suffering!!! When viewing your apartments just take a look at all the broken mailboxes (people privacy) and that should show you how poorly managed 485 Garfield is! August 24, 2015I love my apartment because I am close to public transportation which includes buses and light rail train. I am across from a lovely park, close to Liberty Stare Parkand can see the Hudson River. Fifteen minutes or less from New York City.Review from Apartments.com
