No heat, infested building and not safe!
May 31, 2021Property is infested! They don’t bring a pest controller monthly and the heat system is messed up! They will never put the heat on by following the law of having at least 68F in the apartments. I have spent colder nights where the weather was below 30F with no heats. I had to consistently call and text daily to fight for my rights since I always pay my rents on time and I deserve a livelihood. I had called the no heat hotline to file many complaints. They were even fined once. The heat system is ...not automated, someone has to go manually turn it on, otherwise once it shots off, that’s it! They are also trying to save some money off of us in this entire building by not providing heat. I am so disappointed at them for poor management. They don’t even have an AC in the apartment and the price is too high. Building is not safe, homeless people always hang around in the always and even teenagers come to smoke, eat, sleep and leave trash behind. I do not recommend this place at all!
