Roach Infestation & Ghost Management
February 12, 2021I lived there for a full 1 year lease term after new ownership and renovation. Rent was definitely affordable and I was staying in a Studio. That place was roach infested. I fumigated it myself and a day later they were still coming out i continued paying rent the last 3 months but i actually left 3 months prior because it got that bad. I read the lease and it stated that the tenant was responsible for roaches which i didn't think was right at the very least they could have someone come in and do ...it but that was my fault for not ready the lease thoroughly prior to moving in. The last thing i had to complain about is that they wanted me to pay $200 extra dollars for a fridge and a stove which i asked for a month later after moving in and they didn't respond, 90 days prior i told them i will be moving out of courtesy no response, than at the end of my lease as i was moving out and cleaning i called and called for someone to meet up with me and no one came to get my keys or check me out or anything. It made me genuinely feel like they were only after my money. I was definitely about to save money and upgrade but it was a hard year they definitely worked signing up but like i said after that your just income.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 21, 2015The very worst apartment you can ever live in....EVER! Rats, roaches, noisy neighbors, slow maintenance men, and bad apartment management. The only reason why I moved in is because I was desperate and in need of a place very badly. NEVER, EVER, EVER.....EVER stay here!Review from Apartments.com
