Cheap construction
August 10, 2022Where to begin…. 3 main reasons I won’t be renewing my lease 1. The foundation was never settled before constructing the rest of the building. I confirmed this with a neighbor. As a result all the walls have huge cracks in them and the floors are consistently 1/4 inch lower than the wall. 2. The walls are hella thin. I can hear my neighbor sneeze every morning. 3. TRASH PROBLEMS
October 20, 2020The apartment is nice but management is slipping on the property. The trash area is overflowing and disgusting. The trash company comes when they want to, usually every other week, and when they do, they leave a trail of garbage going up the driveway which can be smelled from all units. At these prices, I'm shocked management doesn't care enough to do anything. This property is brand new. They filed all the units and forgot to care, as long as they get their rent.
