Secured underground parking, rooftop grills, and instant-on gigabit fiber internet are also available. Pets are welcome and there is no "Pet Rent". 2-bedroom units available now. Pre-leasing for Fall 2025 leases have a fixed lease from September 11th, 2025 to August 31st, 2026. Security deposits will vary in price for unit size. Earlier move-in is available for select units. The first and last month's rent is due at the lease signing. Utilities and internet are not included. Renter's insurance is required. $600 / $800 / $1,000 (Studio / 1-Bed / 2-Bed) Refundable Security Deposit $150 / $200 (1-Bed / 2-Bed) Non-Refundable Carpet Cleaning Fee Parking is an additional $225 a month with a $100 refundable remote deposit. MFTE units: **Full-time students MUST be receiving need-based financial aid from FAFSA or WAFSA to qualify for MFTE units. Incredible apartment!
May 8, 2023I have lived at this building for almost a year now and i’ve had an incredible experience with the management. Everyone is super kind and helpful with tenant issues. The building is kept up great, clean and managed well. Anytime that there is an issue, maintenance comes right away.
