from the 1980s. It seems a bit inefficient, as it takes more than two hours to adequately cool the apartment. The tiled kitchen is pretty large considering that it's a studio apartment. The layout is a bit awkward. In order for me to open one of the kitchen drawers, I have to open up the oven door, otherwise the oven handle blocks the drawer from coming out. That said, there is a lot of cabinet space, both above and below the counter tops, and the refrigerator and gas stove were both brand new when I moved in. There is a very large walk in closet with a bar for hanging your clothes, a shelf over that bar, and two three level cabinets. Both it and the connected bathroom have tile flooring. The bathroom has a regulation size shower/bathtub and toilet with a large mirror on the south wall. There is a small storage space directly underneath the mirror with two sliding doors that can be used for stuff like deodorant and cologne. Under that is a small sink set into the middle of a countertop. There are 2 drawers built into the counter, one of which was missing when I moved in, for some reason. Below that are two single door two level cabinets on each side of a double door single level cabinet. Rent recently increased from $730/month to $755, which I feel is a bit expensive for the area that the complex is located in. My overall feeling is that it's a good but not great apartment.
