February 26, 2022Let me start off by saying, Shahla, the apartment manager is lovely. She's on top of everything and is very responsive, most responsive apartment manager I've ever had. She's the best thing about this building. The only reason this isn't 1 star is because of her. Now the not so great. When anyone in the building runs their heat, it basically sounds like a car or helicopter idling on your roof. The HVAC systems are so loud. I can't sleep, I can't work, frankly I hate being home. It's a ...very loud rumbling that pulses and vibrates the walls. Better buy a pair of really good noise canceling headphones if you sign a lease here. Shahla, the wonderful apartment manager she is, has tried to send HVAC techs and maintenance to fix the problem, but no one can fix it, so I warn you now. Look elsewhere if you want somewhere remotely quiet. If sounds don't bother you, then it's a nice building otherwise.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
