Bedbugs, dying cats, fleas, drunk landlords

This is a beautiful property, so it is a shame that it is so poorly managed. When I lived there in 2016 and 2017 the landlady failed to tell me that my neighbor, whom i shared a wall with had bedbugs. Of course they migrated to my apartment and i spent almost all of my time there being tormented by them. The landlords did pay for chemical and heat treatment, but because of their deceitfulness I suffered for almost 2 years before they were eradicated in my unit.

basement/laundry area through holes in the foundation. They would starve to death. I personally removed 3 of them after they died. The landlords failed to remedy this situation. Also as a result of the feral cats in the basement there were fleas in my apartment. Horrible situation. Do not rent from them. If a problem arises they are too drunk to deal with it.
