Unresponsive landlord
July 8, 2018The move in was the least professional that I have ever experienced. When I checked the place out there was some work that needed to be done before move in. Move in was set for 3 weeks later. The walls got painted but the place was not cleaned up. I picked up the keys in the morning of our move in day, the day after what was on the lease, and noticed the work had not been completed. I contacted the property manager and he said it would he done by 4p that day. We arrived at 6p and he hadn't ...done anything yet. He did some of the work but left without finishing and has been nonresponsive since. There is still some very dirty parts which we are left to attend to and the exhaust fan still doesn't work. No word on when that will be fixed. Not having a working fan makes the place very sweaty and is conducive to mold growth. The unit itself is nice which is why it got a 2 star rating instead of 1 star. I like the neighborhood and there is a lot of storage. The manager has soured us on the whole experience. If there is any attempt to make it right I will update my rating.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
