Old But Good
August 10, 2015This apartment is very good for its size and rent. It's an old building, and the units are exactly what you would expect, but the location and convenience are what I was looking for. It is directly behind Potbelly and Treasure Island Foods, which is extremely convenient, and it is also close to many bus routes and a Metra line. When we moved in, the realtor offered to polish the floors and install a brand new refrigerator and stove, which were installed without problem.
