      This apartment is very good for its size and rent. It's an old building, and the units are exactly what you would expect, but the location and convenience are what I was looking for. It is directly behind Potbelly and Treasure Island Foods, which is extremely convenient, and it is also close to many bus routes and a Metra line. When we moved in, the realtor offered to polish the floors and install a brand new refrigerator and stove, which were installed without problem. In general, I've had a ...
