Ideal Experience!
December 18, 2023I have loved living here for years. The landlord is attentive and responsive to my concerns and requests. All the neighbors get along well. It is a generally safe area, although sometimes it might be loud some nights but that is expected living near UCLA campus.Review from Apartments.com
Incompetent and unorganized Landlord
August 4, 2022I have tried renting a unit from this complex the last 3 years since it is always vacant and near UCLA. Every time I called I was told "I will call you back" and after about two weeks I would eventually call back and get told the same thing. About 2 months went by of playing phone tag before I was able to see the unit during one of these years I tried to get it. From there I could not get the landlord to email over the application, would be told " I will email you tonight." After about a week ...and a half of calling trying to get the email sent, I asked if I could just go pick it up in person since he wasn't doing his job to where he started to yell at me for not being patient. yet mind you I had already been in contact with him trying to move in for about 2 month already. Nowhere else in Westwood has ever taken me that long to get ahold of a landlord, give them the proper information needed and sign a lease. from the unit I was able to see, the apartments look nice, but all of the units are vacant and have been for years, and I'm pretty sure it's because everyone who tries to rent an apartment from this complex experiences the same or similar situation with the landlordRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
