November 22, 2019This used to be a beautiful place to live, until the property manager stopped taking care or the property. Since then the lawn doesn't get cut and the snow doesn't get plowed without begging for it and threatening to pay for it yourself and taking it out of the rent. There is mold throughout with not one attempt to clear it. The well water is disgusting because it is not properly maintained. There has been septic spewing in the back yard for almost a year and I was told they did not have the ...money to fix it, so they were going to disallow washing machines. No courtesy for the tenants and their children. Forget getting anything in the apartment fixed without the third degree. Everything is the tenants fault, not the fact that is NOT maintained. She is refusing to give our security deposit back but also refuses to provide an itemized bill. I guess you get what you pay for.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
