Landlord does not care
December 5, 2023Landlord is difficult to reach, when maintenance issues arise. He consistently puts off major repairs, doesn't respond to messages and never empties the coin operated washer and dryer, causing tenants to not be able to do laundry. The house is in need of updates and repairs, including painting, fixing the front wrap-around porch, which has sections that are completely rotted and dangerous. The entrance driveway is ladened with pot-holes and the parking area needs to be re-paved.
