Renter BEWARE!!!
April 21, 2021Our experience with this landlord has been a total nightmare! In the midst of a pandemic and she won’t give our security deposit back after leaving the unit in impeccable condition! We have been forced to take her to court! A case of a wealthy building owner taking advantage of a someone in the middle of a financially difficult time in a pandemic!! Beware ALL whom are thinking of moving to this building that she owns Do yourself a favor and save yourself grief DONT!Property Manager Responded
November 2, 2022The tenants who left this review left the apartment in a terrible condition. They painted the walls a dark color and neglected to repaint it properly upon moving out. They left a significant mess behind and did not dispose of large furniture items. Per the terms of the lease, I kept their deposit to perform necessary cleaning and repairs. The tenants filed a lawsuit against me, however, the court AGREED with me given the poor condition of the unit. The pandemic is unrelated and no excuse for the destruction these tenants caused to the apartment.
