Living the Dream!
January 17, 2021For years I dreamed of forgoing the hassles of home ownership and living on the river. The day I saw the sign that luxury apartments were being built in North Tonawanda was the beginning of my dream come true. I have been here for over a year now and my friends and family are probably sick of me saying how much I love living here. Every night as I lay my head down on my pillow I am so grateful for the amazing view across the Niagara River. The grounds are well kept and the amenities are ...amazing; gym, heated salt water pool, fire pit, welcoming clubhouse and friendly neighbors. Love life on the river
December 30, 2020We have lived at this property for a year. The amenities are excellent from walking and bike trails and on-site gym and pool to the unbelievable river view daily. A great place for what I needed
December 29, 2020To be quite honest, this place is perfect for what I needed. I don’t have time to take care of a house and I like to have some slight luxury in my living. During the summer, being able to be by the water has proven to be an added benefit to my life I never knew I needed. In fact, my biggest complaint is that buffalo weather isn’t nicer all year round. Facilities are well-kept, clean and I have very much enjoyed the feel of my townhouse. I also greatly appreciate the staff here. Jessica and ...Jack are exceptional at running the grounds and pay attention to every detail. It is greatly appreciated and helps to make life calm here. It’s worth the money, trust me. Love living on the river
December 30, 2020Living at 600 river road is like being on vacation every day. We have the pool, boat dock and pickle ball courts in the summer and the clubhouse and movie room in the winter. First thing I see in the morning and last thing at night is the gorgeous Niagara River from my private balcony. The site is always spotless and well groomed. The management is very sensitive to the tenants needs. I’m in my second lease and have no plans on moving elsewhere. For me this is as good as it gets.Review from Apartments.com
Cleaning charges
December 15, 2020we moved out November 30. We cleaned an entire day. All appliances, washed all floors, woodwork, windows inside, all appliances, tub, shower, etc.. we were charged $120.00 for cleaning!!! We should have watched football and closed the door behind us.Property Manager Responded
