Small complex feel with all the perks
September 17, 2015What a gem this apartment complex is. Located close to the Fonda Theatre, Pantages, Blue Palms Brewhouse, Arclight Hollywood and many more. The central location makes this the ideal apartment complex for someone who loves walking to different things in their neighborhood. The owner also manages and lives in the apartment complex and is very attentive to her tenants. Neighbors are quiet and polite, and the apartments are huge. They are a little older but very well maintained. After we moved ...in, the owner replaced our stove top and range hood. Have you ever lived somewhere that improvements were made while you lived there? Me neither and it was a very pleasant surprise. There's only 8 units so not a lot of turnover, but if you get a chance and see an opening here, pounce on it!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
