August 10, 2015My apt is is an older building, but I have a ground fllor unit (great!) and a yard (even better!). The building was recently sold and the new folks have upgraded all the apartments except mine. That is okay, as mine is okay for me for the moment. The rent is okay and the area is nice.Review from Apartments.com
