March 18, 2022This complex is complex. I moved into one of the "renovated" units. Terribly renovated but based on old news articles, this a step up. Noticeable water damage on ceilings throughout. Bathroom slapped together. Leaning toilet from uneven floor. Light fixtures full of bugs. Parking is terrible if you're on the side with the new apartments. Certain residents regularly and purposely park in the middle of two parking spots. There's been numerous shootings in the complex. They openly gamble and shoot ...dice right at the entrance. There's also a fake security posted some nights, but I'm sure they're more friends with the residents than anything. The on-site laundry room is run down. Maintenance enters your unit without prior notice and without knocking. Also have an issue with mice. You'll be awaken early in the morning by residents arguing outside loudly. You'll also be kept up late by people gathered outside or a car alarm randomly going off throughout the night.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
