Bad and problems
May 22, 2017This building has nothing but problems inside and out. This building is well known for drugs, sex and vandalism. Rent is way too much for this building and for the area. Way too much traffic mostly from passers-byers avoiding to drive down Van Nuys Blvd. Noisy with the train going by in your back yard also noisy from the big 18 wheeler's driving through from the lumber business, also with other factory businesses too. This is suppose to be a secured building, which is most definitely NOT! This ...building is know by the police as a hot spot.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
