Simply Horrible!
October 9, 2015If you value your life and if you have children, don't move here! It's horrible! It's many problems that come with this property. Let's start off by saying the realty company don't care about you or what's going on with your apartment. The electricity shuts off by itself, there is water damage in the walls, people steal your mail and opens it with no problem. They take their time to come and fix anything. Not to mention, we have someone in this building who has an interest in looking at little ...girls!! You would think that this pervert would be out of this building, no He's NOT!! The rent is high for no reason at all, and there is rodent problem in the building. They will not send in professional people to spray. The property manager isn't professional not at all. He's never in the office to take your calls. Plus everyone in the neighborhood likes to chill out and hang in front of the building and smoke, drink and leave their garbage in front of the property. Here's the killing part, none of them lives in this building! We have complained about this and nothing done about it! Trust me, take your money somewhere else that will be appreciated!
