August 14, 2015This is great neighborhood. You can walk to the beach and still aren't too far from major freeway access. Regarding my specific building - my neighbors are fantastic. It really helps that most of the tenants have been there 10 years so a true community "where everyone knows your name".Review from Apartments.com
