What's not to like, living on a golf course? While I do have 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, non-matching w/d and dishwasher...add a car port and you might think...Okay! and for the most part it's not terrible. BUT... It's gotta be at least 30 years old. I also get- No central air, a built-in wall unit in master bedroom works- but it sounds like a jet is landing while I sleep. (that's gotta be 30 years old too) Rusty metal baseboard electric heat is simply odd (zero duct work in this place) If you're ...
looking for efficient heating and cooling...look elsewhere- It's Expensive! (second BR has no AC) Minimal cell phone coverage when simply 3 miles away I can get full bars. Do you like spiders? Bugs? You're in LUCK! That golf course you like- BUGS!! Humidity is a big problem...hope you like grey mold! You get all this plus...a nice little rent hike- because why not? New management just bought the place and they really like your money! ($100 raise) At my old price I could handle it. At this price you are insane!
