Quickly management responded to them and corrected the heat. Over the last six months, mgmt has been neglectful of this property and never returns calls or answers letters (certfiied). I have had to endure noisy neighbors on the 1st floor who play music so loud my floor shakes, screaming at their small child in the wee hours of the morning, someone smoking weed and cigarettes in the vestibule, five days without hot water, no heat, too much heat and front access doors with locks so broken I either could not get in or out the building. The only time repairs have been made is when I have reported the mgmt to city agencies. Its quite disappointing but i cannot wait until my lease is up...i love my apartment but hate mgmt.
