I have been looking for a place to call home for about 2 months and have finally decided on 825 South Hill! There are many competitors in the DTLA market, however 825 hands down has the best to offer. Their staff is top notch, and their floor plans are so thoughtfully laid out. I was in the market for a one bedroom, however their pricing and promotions are so great, that I was able to afford a 1 bedroom + den with 2 bathrooms!! I do not even know where to begin. I am so happy that I made the move to 825 South Hill Earlier this year. Despite the Pandemic their staff has been so helpful and accommodating. They are following safety protocol and you can really tell that they have the residents health, safety and well being in mind. The community is beautiful and well kept, and even enjoyable throughout the pandemic. I am looking forward to them reopening slowly once restrictions are lifted, however until then, I will ...

On the surface it’s a lovely building but look anywhere and it’s really disgusting. My apartment was covered with dust and paint marks from construction when I moved in, they couldn’t even be bothered to turn the fridge on. When I left they still charged me a cleaning fee. That’s stop charging everyone double electricity beginning this year without any notice to residents. Trash system doesn’t work so your floor will stink of mouldy garbage everyday. Valet takes a minimum of 15mins and if you’re ...
lucky your shower will sprinkle water on you. Stay away and go anywhere else. This is not worth the ridiculous rents
