Long Beach Residential
July 29, 2015Apartment complex is located about 5 minutes from Cal State Long Beach and only about 10 minutes from downtown long beach area. As far as location go - its fantastic, close to everything. The tenants are mixed, single couples to small families with 2-3 kids. Not very loud, however some of the tenants insist on smoking in the back area of the apartment. The back leads to a small alley which makes it convenient to avoid the traffic that sometimes accumulates in the morning because of the middle ...school one block away and parents dropping off their kids. The owners handle repairs quickly 2-7 days average and dependent on severity. I think the unit is spacious considering the rent and what you get for the same price in the area.
