November 18, 2025865 Apartment is generally very clean, there are weekly elevator problems, and random additional charges every month on rent. They also have a horrible parking situation. It’s $60 a month to park in front of your building.Review from Apartments.com

July 8, 2025I am entering my third year living at 865, and I love the location! As a student at JMU, it is located close to campus while still providing me with space away from the school atmosphere.
