January 24, 2022Come live here if you love hearing other people blare music 24/7. Seriously, even the maintenance guys blast their awful garbage every single time they are here No AC. Heat is a joke. They don't clear the sidewalks of snow. Surrounded by 2 bars which are noisy at night in the summer. No storm windows or screens. Kids smoking weed in the hallway every single day. You can get the same experience on the north or south side of mke, and probably for less moneyReview from Apartments.com

January 18, 2021Landlord/owners don't do anything for us cops are here always because of the downstairs neibiors I cant wait to get out of here my neibors seem to think im an enemy and will listen to there music till 4am with there subqoofer all the way up so it rattles my whole upstairs apartment me and my cats cannot wait to get out of here but sadly with the pandemic its very hard to move my neibor was just robbed at gunpoint by one of the kids in one of the bottom units i would not recommend this place to ...anybody!!!! Everyone that ive seen move in here throughout the year ive been here has moved out within mo the because of the little gang bangers that hang out and smoke weed in the hallway every single day!!!! Ive complained to the management multiple times with 0 help! The back door can be opened with a stick this place is the bottom of the gutter i hope this helps atleast one person not go through what ive been put through while living here PLEASE READ!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
