Barely Decent
July 27, 2015This place has so much potential but the owner is VERY price conscience. He desperately wants to keep the vintage look of the apartments, in other words, there's a bunch of old things that don't work. And when things need to get repaired, it's always a quick fix with temporary satisfaction. Our hot water heater stopped working one day, when the worker comes to fix it he asks me and my wife for some foil to get it back working. Didn't sound like a professional but we obliged him. Sure enough it ...stopped working the following week. The building itself is beautiful and the setup of it is great!! I love having a back door that I can drive up to to unload groceries and my baby girl, makes things so much easier. I just wish the owner would invest in refining and polishing up the interior of these places so us tenants can be happier about paying this rent every month.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
