Never rent from this landlord
September 11, 2017I wasn't aware of the structural issues in my apartment after I signed the lease at this trash apartment building. The owner was only interested in getting the apartments rented (As he stated to me several times) because he had just purchased the building. He is a liar and not a male of his word. The floor in my living room is sinking and every time I show it to him he goes to the area that is sinking and hops on it like a jumping jack rabbit! I am truly not happy here and have asked if I can get ...out of my lease but he tells me he can fix the issue while I'm at work. It's obvious he doesn't know what he's doing because this is not the first time the floor has been dug into. At first he tells me it's not going to be dusty and has to figure out where he wants to put me because there are no other available apartments but then he tells me it wont be dusty. I have lost all respect for this dude to the highest level as I don't communicate well to Liars and Jerks!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
