960 Villa Dr Apartments

didn't complain. But finally after about a year, the owner sold his properties. Immediately, the new owner began gutting the apartments, and remodeling the interior. No more dirty green shag carpets, and the back deck was torn down. We got new hardwood floors, fresh paint, and new appliances. We got a brand new back deck, that was way sturdier and safer for us to actually use. They have been slowly improving these apartments at a decent pace, and are continuing to do so. Last year we all received new windows, doors and back doors. Very fancy compared to the ones we used to have. This year they have started on the siding of the buildings getting them painted, as well as the roofing. As far as our landlord, he is pretty efficient at fixing any problem we may have, and it's in a decent timing. These apartments are not the most elegant apartments, but from seeing them at their worst, I can honestly say they are a lot nicer and worth the rent increase. Kudos to my landlord tho, because he came with a game plan and followed suit! :)
