July 23, 2025Decent community but I do not like you can hear everything because these apartments are not insulated well. I’m not sure if I will renew based on that and how rude some neighbors are.Property Manager Responded

July 10, 2025Our upstairs neighbors are very loud at random time throughout the day and night, but over a good complex with nice accommodations. The pool is relaxing and the free coffee is very helpful!Property Manager Responded

July 9, 2025The front office really listens to what you have to say! Whether it’s a small concern or a question they’re the best! The pool has to be MY FAVORITE amenity, it’s huge and the pool chairs are so comfy! The grill makes it 10x better!!Property Manager Responded

July 9, 2025Renewal process was rocky and seemed liked everyone in the front office had a different term to the deal. Also would be nice for more poop dog bag stations and maybe a fine for residents who don’t pick up their dogs poop. The maintenance guys shouldn’t have to do that and maybe fake cameras could result in residents to actually pickup poopProperty Manager Responded
