January 28, 2025My experience living at Angelo Place has been wonderful. The amenities, such as the pool and gym, are always well maintained and easily accessible. The staff is friendly and helpful, and any maintenance requests are promptly taken care of. The location is also great, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shopping and dining options. Stealing from poor college kids.
December 31, 2024They are contracted with Lonestar Recovery to steal cars from poor college kids. Angelo place makes you pay extra to park in well lit/well maintained parking places. if you don't pay extra for this parking you have to park in the areas with no lighting, and super faded parking lines. So if you ever park at night, your car will be gone in the morning from Lonestar recovery patroling it all night. They give you no notice, and do not tell apartment management your car was towed. I found out my car ...was gone as I walked to where I parked to drive to work. We had to pay over $300 for double parking in a dark, empty parking lot. me and my girlfriend were both late to our jobs and reprimanded by our employers for this, as we share a vehicle. also when I called them asking why I was towed for "double parking" in an empty poorly lit parking lot the Lady on the phone just raised her voice and repeated how much it will cost me to get back my stolen vehicle. when my crying girlfriend called, just asking for the address and when she could come and pay to get the car back, the lady yelled at her too. I'm sure they make a lot of money with their partnership.Property Manager Responded
January 7, 2025We are sorry for the unfortunate event of your car being towed. However, the tow company can provide pictures and upon seeing these pictures the line was visible and your car was over the line. We do contract this towing company to help with any situation where a car would need to be towed. We do not receive any compensation for vehicles being towed. In the lease you signed there is a section regarding towing, we also sent you a parking addendum that you signed and provided towing information in your move in packet that discusses the towing policies. In regards to the way the person spoke to you on the phone, this was not someone from our office, this is someone with the tow company. We do take resident satisfaction seriously and would like to clarify that this was not someone from our staff. November 1, 2024I love living here at Angelo Apartments. We get our own room AND our own bathroom. The pool is so nice, you can access the computer room and the workout room at any time of the day or night. The computer room has a scanner and printer that's free to use! No need to print out stuff and pay at the library anymore! Not to mention the staff are always so nice. And good lord is the rent worth it. It covers practically all the utilities, Internet and water included! Only one it doesn't is electricity. ...Also the experience is all pretty digital. You can sign your lease, Pay the rent, get reminders to pick up packages all on your phone. They even send you updates on maintenence updates and they get to them done fairly quickly too. Overall love where I'm living at right now and can't say I've had any downsides so far.Property Manager Responded

November 11, 2024I've been living at this apartment complex for a little bit now, and overall, my experience has been quite positive. The location is fantastic, with easy access to school and work for me. The facilities are well-maintained, and the management team is responsive and attentive to resident needs. The community is friendly, and I've made some great connections with my neighbors. The only downside is that occasionally, noise from nearby apartments can be a bit disruptive, but it's generally ...manageable.
