Horrible experience
September 1, 2016This place is horrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone to live her. Walls are paper thin. Maintenance never actually fixes anything and is rude.Review from Apartments.com
Can't wait for our lease to be up.
September 1, 2015Incompetent maintenance staff that responds slow as dirt. They say they cleaned up the image, but no they didn't. At least the pictures here are truthful. Sarah and Bella in the leasing office are great. But thats about it. Claude in maintenance is good. Our dishwasher was leaking into the ceiling of the apartment below us, they replaced the dishwasher but didnt clean up the mold and water damage on our carpet. When we moved in we told them our screens were ripped and they still havent ...replaced it a year later. The AC is broken and they won't repair it because they said it is the thermostat and we need to call Smeco. Told us that after being late 4 times we could be evicted, we were late 3 times (twice we were 1 day late) and on the 3rd time they tried to evict us. This place isn't safe. The fire alarm goes off all the time - 4 times in one day. If I win rent for life, give it to someone who likes this place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
