I lived at Arba Apartments in San Marcos and had a generally positive experience. One of my favorite things was the location and convenience for students. The apartment came furnished, and having my own bedroom and bathroom gave me privacy while still allowing me to live with roommates. I also appreciated the amenities, especially the fitness center, pool, study spaces, and shuttle service to campus. The community often felt lively and social, making it easy to meet other students. few downsides during my time there. Maintenance requests could sometimes take longer than I expected, and communication from management was occasionally inconsistent. The bedrooms were somewhat smaller than I would have preferred, but they were still functional and comfortable. Overall, I found Arba to be a solid student housing option that provided good amenities and a convenient location. I would recommend it to students looking for an apartment community close to Texas State University

Elevator is broken frequently, halls are messy, people at the pool are always loud and drunk late at night. Good maintenance team though, and the apartments themselves are okay

I’ve had a good experience living here overall. The community is generally quiet, and the location is very convenient with stores and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is well-maintained and the layout works well for my needs. Maintenance requests are usually handled in a reasonable amount of time, and the staff in the office are friendly and helpful when I have questions.

I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The property is nice and well kept, and I really enjoy the pool area. It’s a great place to relax, especially when the weather is warm. The staff has always been very friendly, helpful, and attentive whenever I have a question or need assistance. They respond quickly and make living here feel comfortable and welcoming. One small issue is that sometimes the elevator in Building 4 doesn’t work, which can be inconvenient at times. However, aside from ...

that, I’ve been very happy living here. The community feels safe and the atmosphere is calm and pleasant. Overall, it’s been a positive experience and I enjoy calling this place home. Maintenance always gets fixed in a timely manner. Good gym. Trash service picked up on time. No complaints really the pool is super nice. I feel safe in my apartment and the bus stop is right outside so I don’t have to walk far

My Ac unit broke and it was a constant 80 in teh place, and i dont like how mantiance kinda just barges in. But its overall not a terrible spot to live
