Forget doing your laundry here
February 4, 2024Don't come here if you expect to do your laundry. The machines either don't work or take your money without working. The management doesn't care. They get their laundry done at home so why would they. They will shine you off to contact the "vendor" to apply for a refund which is so rediculously had that it's not worth it and that is exactly what they are counting on. The laundry facilities are crap. Everybody got that?Review from Apartments.com
Great Place to Live
October 23, 2021My husband and I have lived in this community since 2017, and it's the best apartment we've ever had. Plenty of storage, a generous patio and garden space (first floor), and big windows. With the central AC turned off and windows open it rarely exceeds 80 degrees inside. The office staff is incredible and has stayed the same for many years, maintenance is prompt and capable, the grounds are very well manicured, and the community is quiet and tightly knit. Super convenient to downtown, shopping, ...restaurants, and the Rosemont post office is on the same block. Much quieter than you'd expect being right off Broadway, lots of upgrades, and up-to-date amenities. It's a really good value; we love living here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Beautiful grounds!
August 14, 2015Arcadia Park Apts are really a very nice place to live. The actual apartment my family is in is somewhat dated, but it's cozy and comfortable for us. The office staff, Kristin, Carina, and Marci are wonderful and maintenance is very prompt with any issues that come up in apt. The grounds are very nice, like a park somewhat and they have done a lot to make it a very beautiful place to live. Lots of upgrades! Very pleased!Review from Apartments.com
