December 9, 2024Great experience thus far. The parking is expensive and I wish the gym was open earlier every day so residents could use it in the wee morning hours, otherwise, we’ve enjoyed it here.Property Manager Responded

December 3, 2024Overall, the living environment is quite good. However, could you please take a look at the gym equipment? Some of the equipment is quite old, some are already broken, and others are significantly worn out. I hope the gym equipment can be updated.Property Manager Responded

November 30, 2024My experience has been great in this building. I would like more modern amenities and the party room to be available to reserve for free. Rather than that I have no issues. Good area for students pr first time living in Chicago.Property Manager Responded
