January 5, 2026Love living at Ascent so far. The building is beautiful, the staff and other residents are friendly and the dog treats in the lobby are a special treat every day after walking my pup. The cleaning staff does a great job as well as the package delivery. My only challenge so far has been getting used to just how loud Jannis Live is- hard to know until you move in. October 17, 2025The Ascent in downtown St Petersburg is a fabulous place to live! The location can’t be beat and the amenities and finishing are wonderful! The leasing office is knowledgeable and always very helpful with whatever the residents need. If there’s ever a maintenance issue it is solved in a very timely matter and the maintenance staff are also very knowledgeable and kind! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in downtown St Petersburg to check it out!!Property Manager Responded

October 15, 2025The maintenance staff are top notch and work hard to keep the building operational. The building location is unmatched in terms of proximity to all that St Pete has to offer. The exception being the proximity to Janus Live and the noise that causes. I do wish that inquiries to management were treated with greater care, at least with a response acknowledging receipt by an actual person and not a robo-response. October 10, 2025After 2 months of living at Ascent, I am more than satisfied with just about EVERYTHING; The amenities are fantastic, the quality of the appliances, especially washer and dryer are way better than other apartments. Appreciate the helpful staff that is constantly looking and adding bonuses and services with discounts is also a plus. And last, but not least, I appreciate all the friendly neighbors Ive met, from literally all over the world. I just love living here!Property Manager Responded

October 9, 2025The maintenance team is really good. The building location is perfect. The amenities are good. However there are too many glitches for a building that is supposed to be high end: flooding of gym floor, elevators out of service, printer in work suite down for a long period, door locks (safety) from garage floors broken for over a year….Property Manager Responded
